Hard chromium plating process

We have three-slots hard chromium plating process, including rod plating (diameter 3-100mm). We imported CrO3 (chromium trioxide) for workplaces surface. It is anti-corrosive, and also increases the hardness of workplaces. The most length is 4.5 meter.

High-frequency induction hardening

Rod of high-frequency induction hardening, diameter 4-40mm, case depth 1-3mm, Rockwell hardness test for HRC can reach 62±2°. After heat treatment, it is no deformation, no decarburization. Thus, it can be direct processing and the length of processing is 5 meter usually.
